Who can attend Operator Expo?
Operator Expo is open to active military, law enforcement, corrections personnel, and approved government professionals.

Is there a cost to attend?
No. Entrance is free. Simply register through the link to receive your event pass.
What day does my pass let me in?
Your pass grants access to both show days. It will be ready for you to pick up on either Day 1 or Day 2 upon arrival and remains valid for the duration of the event.
Is parking available?
The Brookstreet Hotel offers two convenient parking options: an outdoor lot and a secure, climate-controlled underground garage located just to the right of the main entrance.

What can I expect at the show?
Attendees can explore new products, participate in demonstrations, network with industry experts, and connect directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
What if I show up and haven’t registered?
You can register on-site with valid identification confirming your employment in an eligible sector and receive your event pass upon arrival.

When is vendor move-in and setup?

When is vendor teardown and move-out?
Teardown will take place immediately after show closing (4:00pm).

Can vendors host demonstrations?
Yes. Product demonstrations and interactive displays are encouraged, subject to venue guidelines and approval.
Is booth space still available?
Booth space for this year is sold out (2026). Keep an eye on our social media channels to be the first to know when booth space opens up for next year.
Is there storage available for booth materials?
Limited storage is available only within your own booth space. A table and table cloth will be provided. Vendors are responsible for organizing and managing their materials within their assigned area.
Attendee Passes & Lunch Details
Each booth registration includes 2 attendee passes, which cover access to the event as well as lunches. Additional attendee passes can be purchased for $35 each, which covers the cost of lunches.
Lunch is served buffet-style on show days (not set up), with a variety of options including sandwiches, salads, soup, soft drinks, and desserts. There are plenty of choices to accommodate dietary restrictions.
